I think that one of the reasons I enjoy writing in many styles of music is due to the fact that I grew up listening to a wide variety of musical styles.
As I grew older, and my classical music taste evolved as a result of wonderful piano teaching, I became more and more attached to this style. I hope that my music connects with students of all ages in a special and personal way.
